  • Project Engineer

    Develop products through design layout and analysis, prototyping, testing and documentation that meet or exceed customer marketing specifications with regards to performance, appearance, cost and quality. Manage the activities of a product development effort from initial conception to release to production. Provide production support and coordinate activities between engineering, other internal departments, vendors and customers to successfully achieve goals set for the project. Degree of supervision required to perform job duties should not exceed 20%.

    The Regional Sales Manager drives activities to achieve sales goals of OTTO Branded products through dealers, distributors, and direct end-user customers within the assigned sales region. Requires skill in managing and stimulating the efforts of an independent manufacturer’s rep sales force and direct selling to key accounts, as well as effective abilities working with internal resources to meet customers’ needs. The successful Regional Sales Manager takes ownership of the region, is driven to succeed, and willing to manage activities inside and outside the company to achieve results.

  • Technical Sales Specialist

    The Technical Sales Specialist develops new business opportunities for OTTO Communications’ products in new product categories or vertical markets. As a product line champion, The Technical Sales Specialist leverages technical experience, product knowledge and sales abilities to introduce new products to market and to drive growth in existing channels.

     

    This position requires skill in managing resources and relationships to achieve results. It requires collaboration with independent sales representatives, dealers, key direct accounts, and internal resources. The Technical Sales Specialist will take ownership for their assigned area of expertise and will drive visibility and growth for new initiatives both inside the company and with customers.
