Coordinate marketing activities for all OTTO product lines including tradeshow development, product planning, collateral support material, web updates, advertising and internal/external communication to increase awareness of the OTTO brand and product lines.
Assist in developing the marketing plan from conception, to evaluation through market introduction including part number definition, collateral material, manual and packaging requirements.
Evaluate and coordinate participation in industry tradeshows. Coordinate booth design, product requirements, shipment and set up of all shows.
Prepare and implement advertising schedules including ad placement, development and tracking of all programs.
Continuously update website information and make recommendations for improvements based on analysis of website traffic.
Create and maintain advertising, collateral and catalogues for the Controls and Communications Division.
Work closely with our graphic artist to design, develop and implement ads and collateral.
Utilize social networking tools to promote OTTO’s message and boost OTTO’s visibility with customers, reps, distributors, dealers, the media and other key contacts.
Assist with other related duties as required or assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Minimum 3 years related marketing experience.
Strong oral and written communications skills and the ability to understand and communicate technical information.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously; ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS A MUST.
Able to travel occasionally as required.
General knowledge of computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Must be able to work in a quick paced environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-up skills.
Superior social interaction, teamwork and interpersonal skills
General knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
