Marketing Coordinator

  • Coordinate marketing activities for all OTTO product lines including tradeshow development, product planning, collateral support material, web updates, advertising and internal/external communication to increase awareness of the OTTO brand and product lines.
    • Assist in developing the marketing plan from conception, to evaluation through market introduction including part number definition, collateral material, manual and packaging requirements.
    • Evaluate and coordinate participation in industry tradeshows. Coordinate booth design, product requirements, shipment and set up of all shows.
    • Prepare and implement advertising schedules including ad placement, development and tracking of all programs.
    • Continuously update website information and make recommendations for improvements based on analysis of website traffic.
    • Create and maintain advertising, collateral and catalogues for the Controls and Communications Division.
    • Work closely with our graphic artist to design, develop and implement ads and collateral.
    • Utilize social networking tools to promote OTTO’s message and boost OTTO’s visibility with customers, reps, distributors, dealers, the media and other key contacts.
    • Assist with other related duties as required or assigned.
    • Bachelor’s Degree required.
    • Minimum 3 years related marketing experience.
    • Strong oral and written communications skills and the ability to understand and communicate technical information.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously; ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS A MUST.
    • Able to travel occasionally as required.
    • General knowledge of computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
    • Must be able to work in a quick paced environment.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-up skills.
    • Superior social interaction, teamwork and interpersonal skills
    • General knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.
