Assist coordinatung marketing activities for all Communication OTTO product lines including tradeshow development, product planning, collateral support material, web updates, advertising and internal/external communication to increase awareness of the OTTO brand and product lines.
Assist with copywriting and editing of a variety of content in multiple mediums including, sell sheets, brochures, catalogs, blogs, press releases. Ability to adapt your writing style to our brand tone and voice.
Collaborate with graphic designers, other writers, photographers, videographers, digital retouchers, proofreaders and editors
Coordinate printing production, mailings etc.
Assist with event activities, planning & logistics, including industry trade shows, regional seminars, webinars, and meetings
Manage relationship with exhibit house and external vendors; responsible for corresponding with vendors to keep marketing programs on track.
Manage data entry and administrative processes; Generate reports for management to use for market analysis and ROI
Build, maintain, and manage email lists and campaigns, including subject line A/B testing, calls-to-action, and content used in email sends.
Segment lists based on customer interests and behaviors to increase engagement and nurture qualified leads
Measure results to optimize the perspective customer segments and convert qualified leads to sales
Assist in minor website management
Coordinate processing marketing invoices
Assist with other related duties as required or assigned.

3-6 years’ experience in B2B marketing
Copywriting, email campaign, and tradeshow experience desired.
