Processes hourly and salaried payroll, HRIS system setup and changes.
Review timecards for accuracy.
Educate new managers and group leaders on Time and Attendance.
Import quarterly increases in ADP.
Act as liason with ADP.
Electronically transmit positive pay data to the bank.
Track and maintain payroll deductions in arrears.
Calculate and record GTL (W2’s).
Process Group Healthcare costs (W-2s)
Manage SUI rates.
Set up state and local jurisdictions as required.
Balance quarterly payroll taxes.
Administer Workforce Now Portal registrations for new hires.
Create ad hoc reports for President, Director of HR and Director of Finance using ADP Custom Reporting.
Process reports such as 401(k), overtime and quarterly raises.
Calculate and process profit sharing earnings.
Administers employee loan program.
Administers employee garnishments.
Manage LOA vacation proration.
Maintain insurance rates in ADP.
Inputs Cottage work for payment through payroll system.
Electronically transmits 401(k) contributions/company match to plan administer.
Manage 401k Maximum contribution limits.
Provide reports for 401k audit.
Process improvements as needed.
Administer FMLA paperwork.
Administer exit interviews.
Emergency response team.
Assist other Human Resource personnel as needed.
Assist with other related duties as required or assigned.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
ADP Workforce Now and Custom Reporting experience required (two or more years minimum).
Course work and/or seminars related to benefits administration and/or processing.
Two or more years in benefits or related administrative duties.
Involves frequent contact with personnel inside and outside the company requiring reasonable tact, discretion, self-expression, and a solid working knowledge of the benefits, policies, and procedures.
